KAMPALA, Uganda — Uganda’s creative scene is preparing for a new regional showcase as the East Africa Fringe Festival comes to Kampala on September 18.

The festival, organised through the Goethe-Zentrum Kampala, will bring together emerging artists and performers from across East Africa for an evening focused on experimental creativity and fresh artistic ideas.
