MASERU — Lesotho has launched a nationwide programme to modernise its land administration system through the introduction of digital land registry technology designed to improve efficiency, transparency, and public access to land records.

The initiative will digitise property records, streamline registration procedures, and strengthen coordination between government departments responsible for land management and planning.
