DJIBOUTI CITY, Djibouti — Djibouti is stepping up efforts to strengthen its technology and innovation ecosystem, with the government placing greater emphasis on entrepreneurship and digital skills.

The country's Digital Economy Minister recently visited a leadership and entrepreneurship centre to examine opportunities for strengthening support for young innovators and technology entrepreneurs.
